We work with a number of local restaurants and wholesale accounts who are branching out from commodity meat and connect them with independent ranchers in our community. 

The meat we sell is sourced directly from our group of local farmers and processed in our small-scale slaughterhouse in Canby—eliminating the many middle men of common distribution systems and supporting the integrity and diversification of our local food economy. More of every dollar spent is going directly to the farmers themselves. 

Our beef, pork and lamb products can be found in many fine restaurants and retailers across the Portland area.
