Our whole-animal butcher shop is located in Providore Fine Foods in Portland, Oregon. We offer a wide range of beef, pork and lamb cuts, house-made sausages and smoked/cured meats from locally raised animals we process ourselves—plus a variety of pastured poultry and rabbit sourced from other local farms we know and trust. 

Every piece of meat we sell comes from small-scale independent ranchers whose animals were raised outdoors with plenty of fresh air and room to roam. Many of our farmers use regenerative grazing practices and unique feed programs to boost soil health, reduce environmental impact and ensure highest quality nutrition. 


Farming Partners

We proudly work with Rieben Farms pork, Pat-n-Tam’s beef and Cattail Creek lamb—all of which are processed on-site at our USDA slaughterhouse in Canby. Our poultry products are sourced from a selection of local farms including Campfire Farms (duck), Totum Farm (chicken), Champoeg Farm (turkey), Hutch N Such (rabbit), and Trent Family Farms (eggs) and are not processed in-house. 


Whole Animal Butchery

We always use the whole animal and never supplement our butcher case with meat our farming partners didn’t raise. Working with the whole carcass supports a more balanced and holistic food system by reducing waste and demonstrating respect for each animal we process. 

Fully Traceable Meat 

Revel Meat Co. products are always co-branded with the name of the farm to ensure 100% traceability and transparency so you never have to guess where your food is coming from.
